What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years old, and the maximum age allowed is 80 years old.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes. A 24-hour interval is required between bookings to allow for vehicle cleaning, inspection, and preparation.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Discounts and promotions may be offered occasionally depending on holidays, seasonal demand, or special circumstances. Please contact us directly for current offers.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A deposit of 50% of the estimated total rental cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due prior to or at vehicle pick-up.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Minimum rental period: 2 days

Maximum rental period: 7 days

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

- Sales tax: 6.35%

- Coupons or promotional discounts are applied when the final payment is due

- Any additional fees incurred during the rental period will be added to the final invoice

All charges are clearly itemized before final payment is processed.

How many miles are included with the rental?

All rentals include unlimited miles.

What are your standard business hours?

Our business hours are Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

At this time, all returns must be completed at the same location where the vehicle was picked up.

Additional applicable fees may include:

Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel

Late Fee: $25 for the first hour, and a full-day rental charge if the vehicle is returned more than one hour late

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up time: 11:00 AM

Return time: 12:00 PM

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Not applicable. Custom deliveries are not currently offered.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

No. Pick-ups and returns must take place during normal business hours only.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Do you offer additional equipment or services?

No additional equipment or services are offered at this time.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

An additional driver may be added for $10 per day, provided they meet all rental requirements.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

🚭 Absolutely no smoking is permitted (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 cleaning fee.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. Renters are responsible for all toll costs incurred during the rental period.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

A $150 detailing fee may be charged if the vehicle is returned with excessive dirt, stains, odors, or any abusive or irresponsible mess requiring professional cleaning.
